Generally, pets are indoors at home. We don't want to startle them but if your dog is outside during the cleaning, please make sure they're in a safe, secure area. If your dog is friendly, we may work around them or take extra precautions to ensure both our team and your pet are safe. If your dog is aggressive, we may need to reschedule or ask that they be kept indoors during the cleaning.

9. Is there a contract required?

No, there are no long-term contracts. You can opt for a flexible plan, whether it’s a recurring service or just a one-time cleanup. You’re free to change or cancel your service anytime.

10. What happens if my dog has left a particularly large mess?

Our team is experienced in handling large or excessive amounts of pet waste. We will thoroughly clean the area and remove all waste. If it’s a particularly large job, we may need to adjust the service or schedule a longer visit.
